Surf Fit was designed with a simple purpose...to help you move better for surfing. The program has been tested and refined over years of working with Australia's best surfers to promote better movement, reduce the risk of injury and help surfers of all ability levels get more out of their time in the water.

Having competed at semi-professional levels across a range of sports, Jared developed a hunger to grow his skills and knowledge in athletic performance. He has since notched up 15 years of experience in motivating and inspiring individuals to move better.

The High Performance Centre was purpose built to help surfers of all skill levels reach their full potential. Our gym was built by surfers, for surfers and contains state of the art equipment that you won't find anywhere else.
