Micro Grom Camps are suitable for surfers aged 8 to 12 who have progressed out of the whitewash and started catching their own waves. Surfers must be able to paddle in to waves, take-off, trim along the wave face, and ideally they have started to attempt turning manourveres.

Surfing sessions are filmed and followed by video analysis where each surfer will get personalised instruction that's tailored to their ability level. Groms also get access to our state-of-the-art skate and trampoline training facilities where they can further develop their skills out of the water.

Our team of accredited coaches are highly experienced and all hold an ocean rescue qualification, first aid and Working with Children Check. Most importantly, they know how to break down the technical aspects of surfing into simple, achievable progressions with plenty of encouragement along the way.
