Surf Specific Training
Surf Fit is an 8 week program designed with a simple purpose...to help you move better for surfing. The program has been tested and refined over years of working with Australia's best surfers to promote better movement, reduce risk of injury and help surfers of all ability levels get more out of their time in the water.
Each weekly session is delivered by a qualified strength and conditioning coach in consultation with the physiotherapist for the Australian Olympic Surfing Team. Their combined skillsets and knowledge on the physical demands of surfing is what sets this program apart from others.

The High Performance Centre was purpose built to help surfers of all skill levels reach their full potential. Our gym was built by surfers, for surfers and contains state of the art equipment that you won't find anywhere else.
