A 10 week squad program including surfing sessions with video analysis, freestyle gymnastics and strength training.
Sessions run every week of the school term and groms get a mix of surfing sessions with video analysis, freestyle gymnastics and strength training.
WEEK 1, 3, 5, 7 & 9 (6-8am)
Video analysis is the most effective coaching tool for the developing surfer. By using a tablet on the beach, coaches can give surfers instant feedback that they can implement straight away.
WEEK 2, 6 & 10 (7-8am)
Whether you're already doing airs or just hoping to get there one day, trampoline and gymnastic training will fast-track your progress by teaching you the correct technique behind aerial movements.
WEEK 4 & 8 (7-8am)
We know it's not a grom favourite but strength training is extremely beneficial to establish good movement patterns and ultimately leads to more time in the water by reducing the risk of injury.

We've assembled a coaching team who are passionate about helping surfers reach their full potential, both in and out of the water.
Raff is a lifelong surfer who has worked alongside some of Australia's most talented athletes. He has an astute eye for surfing technique and a big passion for sharing his wealth of knowledge with the next generation to make better surfers and humans.
Chloe was an elite level gymnast before she transitioned to coaching and found an outlet to combine a passion for freestyle gymnastics with her love of surfing. She now works alongside Australia's best surf coaches to push the progression of the sport.

Having competed at semi-professional levels across a range of sports, Jared developed a hunger to grow his skills and knowledge in athletic performance. He has since notched up 15 years of experience in motivating and inspiring individuals to move better.
